Union parts are small but important spare parts: bearings, rear derailleur hangers, brake pads, headsets, pedals and the Lumo front light that connects to the e-bike battery. These are needed for servicing when the original part is worn or bent.
The rear derailleur hanger is specific to the frame. The same hanger will not fit two different frames, even if they look the same. The code on bearings indicates their dimensions; for example, 6804 2RS measures 20 x 32 x 7 mm.
If the hanger has bent in a fall, bring the bike in for servicing. We’ll also check whether the derailleur itself has been damaged.
