Puky kids' bikes

7 products in our range

Puky is a German manufacturer that has made children's vehicles since 1949. Our range includes two models: NEXT 12 balance bike and pedal-equipped YOUKE Classic bikes with 12-inch and 16-inch wheels.

NEXT 12 is for practising balance. The nylon frame is lightweight, so the child can lift the bike upright on their own. Thanks to the FlipChip mount, the frame can be fitted with 14-inch wheels, so the same bike lasts longer as the child grows. The recommended height is 85–115 cm. It has no pedals, so it's the wrong choice for a child who's already learning to pedal.

YOUKE Classic is a first bike. The low aluminium frame makes it easy to get on. A foot brake and front brake teach both braking methods, and a pannier rack and basket are included as standard. The 16-inch model suits a child about 105–120 cm tall. If the child is already close to the upper limit, the bike will soon become too small and it's worth looking at a bigger size.

Size matters more than age. Measure your child's height and ask us if you're unsure about sizing. Puky bikes come with a five-year warranty when you register the product. Also check out all our 12-inch kids' bikes and 16-inch kids' bikes.
