Science in Sport (SiS) on brittiläinen urheiluravintomerkki. Valikoimassamme on energy gels, bars and drink powders, electrolyte tablets and Rego recovery drink.

GO Isotonic Gel contains 22 g of carbohydrate and is dilute enough to take without extra water. Beta Fuel Gel contains 40 g of carbohydrate from two sugar sources and is designed for long, intense efforts. Beta Fuel is also available in versions containing electrolytes and Nootropics. GO Hydro tablets contain salts but little energy, making them ideal for hot days when you get your energy from other food.

The rule of thumb is simple: water is enough for rides under an hour; for longer rides, take on energy steadily from the start. Practise fuelling during training before an event. Your stomach will gradually get used to gels, and race day isn’t the time to try something new.
