Grund för insamling och behandling av uppgifter
Personuppgifter samlas in och behandlas för att möjliggöra hanteringen av kundrelationer. I kundregistret kan följande personuppgifter lagras: Namn, adress, telefonnummer, e-postadress, representerat företag eller samfund, ställning i företaget, betalningssätt, innehåll i köpet, cykelns märke och modell vid service samt inköpsdatum. VM Sport behandlar inte betalkortsuppgifter.
Lagringstid för uppgifter
Uppgifter i kundregistret bevaras tills vidare eller tills den registrerade begär att de raderas. Uppgifterna bevaras för att underlätta återkommande kundkontakter och för att kunna verifiera riktigheten i påståenden, till exempel vid garantiärenden gällande cykelramar.
Regelmässiga datakällor
Uppgifter kan registreras när kunden gör ett köp i VM Sports webbutik eller fysiska butik, eller när kunden lämnar sina uppgifter per telefon, e-post, företagets kanaler i sociala medier eller vid annan kontakt med företaget, till exempel på evenemang.
Utlämnande av uppgifter
Regelmässigt utlämnande av uppgifter innefattar att lämna ut kundens kontaktuppgifter till en extern transportör. Detta utlämnande är nödvändigt för leverans av beställda produkter.
