Ab Velo-Moto Oy, business ID 3187594-2 sells products in its online store to adult consumers, companies and organisations in Finland (hereinafter “Subscriber”).
Ordering is done by adding the product to the shopping cart in the online store and paying for the order using the selected payment method at the online store checkout.
To complete the order, the subscriber must provide correct information, such as first name, last name, delivery address, telephone number and e-mail address.
You can also order products by e-mail if you wish. In this case, payment is most commonly made by pre-invoice.
Delivery charges
You can see the final delivery costs at the online checkout. We use the services of Post and Matkahuolto to transport accessories, parts and equipment. Bicycles are always transported by Kaukokiido

Delivery of bicycles
Bicycles ordered from the online shop are always assembled and adjusted before being packed and shipped to the customer.
The bike is packed in such a way that the recipient only has to straighten the handlebars and adjust the saddle to the appropriate height.
All adjustments and settings are made to the bicycle according to the customer's wishes.
Returns
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, the customer has the right to cancel the order, return the entire order or part of the order within 14 days of receipt of the order.
Refunds or cancellations should always be notified in advance by email to [email protected]. You will receive a return message with instructions on how to return your order.
Returning the product is not free of charge. We will deduct the shipping costs from the amount to be returned. The product to be returned must be in its original sales packaging and in good condition.
So don't tape the shoe box directly to the box, for example, but use protective plastic or a separate cardboard box on top. The customer has a duty of care for the returned products until they are returned to us.
So please pack your returned products carefully. If the returned product has been used to the extent that it can no longer be sold as new, we will deduct the amount of the depreciation from the amount to be returned. This amount is always case by case.
Mere experimentation and handling does not cause impairment.
Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order, please notify us by email within 14 days of your order to. [email protected]. In the email, please provide the name of the subscriber, your subscription number and mention that you wish to cancel your subscription. We will refund any payments received for the order as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after receipt of the cancellation notice.
An uncollected parcel is not the same as a cancelled order. If your order is returned to us without notice of cancellation, we will deduct the full delivery and return costs from the amount to be returned, always with a minimum of €20.00.
Delays
The products sold in our online shop are mainly in our own warehouse, so delays are rare. If the product you order is a “delivery product” or a pre-order product that we do not yet have in stock, we will always give you a delivery time based on our best knowledge. In the event of delays with a product or order of this type, we will always contact the customer. If necessary, the order can be split into parts and dispatched as products arrive in our warehouse.
Advertising
If the product is lost or damaged during delivery, please report it immediately (within 14 days at the latest) to. [email protected]. If you see any damage to the package you have received, please report it immediately to the courier or the place of collection when you receive the package and also notify us at the above email address.
If a fault occurs with the product after it has been installed, please notify us immediately by email. Please include a description of the defect, a copy of the order confirmation from the online shop and, if you wish, photos of the damage. We will handle complaints in such a way as to cause the least possible inconvenience to the customer.
